PURPOSE: A pre-process of a food waste is provided to recycle the food waste as a carbon source and a compost by passing a foreign matter removing and dehydrating process. CONSTITUTION: A pre-process of the food waste is composed of the steps of: roughly crushing the food waste and the foreign matter into a certain size; dividing only the food slurry among the roughly crushed food slurry and the foreign matter mixture by using a drum screen; injecting an alkali agent in the divided food slurry; washing the food slurry with water; dehydrating by injecting the alkali agent in the food slurry. |
