MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COLOR RUBBER MAT BY USING WASTE TIRE RUBBER POWDER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a color rubber mat by using a waste tire rubber powder is provided to improve various colors and durability, to prevent an environmental contamination, and to manufacture economically. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a color rubber mat is formed by: a step for selecting waste polyurethane particle being crushed by a crusher for under 20 millimeters of fineness; a step for drying the selected waste polyurethane powder in a temperature of 150 - 170 deg.C for inputting the waste polyurethane powder and a selected pigment into an agitator for agitating for 5 - 15 minutes; a step for shaping the dyed waste polyurethane into a sheet shape for making into a particle size of under 4 millimeters; a step for storing in a hopper per fineness for 1 - 2 millimeters, 2 - 3 millimeters, and 3 - 4 millimeters; and a step for mixing the selected fineness of waste tire powder, waste polyurethane powder, and polyurethane binder in a certain ratio for shaping into a plate shape by using a hydraulic steam press and cutting into a certain size.
