A novel method for electronic forming/recording image that allows the formation of very and extremely high resolution image and devices for same is presented. A method comprises forming/recording an image by constituent two coordinate plane fragments (blocks). The blocks are formed in consequent or parallel manner with the help of complementary screen (1), that is optically connected with an image plane (5), and are projected in appropriate places of an image plane with the help of a block deflecting system, made in the form of two coordinate matrix of elements (6), presenting either optic deflectors or light dividing elements.
