PURPOSE: A brake system is provided to maximize regenerative braking force by distributing the revival braking force and the leg force of the brake to the brake system actively operated. CONSTITUTION: A brake system maximizes regenerative braking force by distributing the revival braking force and the leg force of the brake to the brake system. And the brake system is composed of: a master cylinder(110) completing the brake system; and a pressure regulation device(200) for reducing a stop distance as much as possible by decreasing the excessive brake distance with a quick reaction within a range that a tire is not locked after slowing the increase of an oil pressure of the oil pressure generated from the master cylinder from the point over the start point of a regular oil pressure control.
