PURPOSE: A non-contacting torque sensor structure of a steering axis is provided to measure torque of the steering axis without influence on intrinsic torque characteristics thereof. CONSTITUTION: A non-contacting torque sensor structure of a steering axis comprises a steering axis where a groove is formed on two portion with a constant spacing, two light element for irradiating light to two hole portions of the steering axis, and two photoelectric speed sensors where light of the light element detects the light reflected on the steering axis.
