PURPOSE: A device for detecting the level of a power supply voltage is provided to make insensible to a noise of the power supply voltage and to reduce an operation current by detecting the level of the power supply voltage when a cycle starts. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the level of a power supply voltage includes a control signal generator(110), a level detector(100) and a latch unit(120). The control signal generator generates a level detection enable signal in response to a cycle start signal activated by detecting the starts of a chip enable signal and a cycle. The level detector detects the level of the power supply voltage in response to the level detection enable signal. The latch unit generates a final level detection signal by selectively latching a detection signal output from the level detector in response to the cycle start signal.
