PURPOSE: A rotor disk fabricating method of a disk-shaped motor is provided to simplify a fabricating process and prevent a permanent magnet from being separated from the rotor disk. CONSTITUTION: A rotor disk fabricating method of a disk-shaped motor comprises the steps of inserting permanent magnet material of a predetermined shape into an internal space of a molding frame, pressing a melting material to be injected into the internal space into which the permanent magnet material is inserted, processing a disk which is monolithic with the permanent magnet material formed by solidifying the melting material injected into the internal space, and fixing the permanent magnet material of the monolithic disk.
