INJECTOR OF ACCUMULATING FUEL SPRAYING APPARATUS FOR DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE: An injector of an accumulating fuel spraying apparatus for a diesel engine is provided to reduce the first fuel spraying amount and to increase the output of the corresponding diesel engine by making fast the fuel interception at the time point the fuel spraying is finished when spraying fuel into the combustion chamber of the diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: An injector is formed by: penetrating an inlet orifice(1) and a control chamber(6) to inject high pressure fuel; opening and closing an outlet orifice(2) by an amateur(16); inserting a control piston(4) to the control chamber; combining a nozzle needle valve(13) to the bottom of the control chamber; opening and closing the nozzle needle valve by the upward and downward elevation of the amateur; and forming a circular recessed groove(19) at the position punched with a high pressure fuel connecting passage(8) and a low pressure fuel connecting passage(9) in the control chamber.; Herein, the injector can increase the output of the diesel engine and reduce the harmful exhaust gas discharge and also the fuel consumption.
