SOLUTION FOR ELECTROPLATING OF ZINC-NICKEL ALLOY USING SOLUBLE CATHODE AND PREPARATION METHOD OF THE ELECTROPLATED STEEL SHEET USING THE SOLUTION

PURPOSE: Solution for electroplating of zinc-nickel alloy and a method for preparing the electroplated steel sheet of zinc-nickel alloy are provided for continuously preventing sludge from being generated in a zinc cathode. CONSTITUTION: Solution for electroplating of zinc-nickel alloy using a zinc cathode comprises an ammonium ion of 0.1-1.5 mol, aminobenzoic acid of 0.05-0.5 mol based on 1 mol of the ammonium ion, sodium sulfonate of 0.5-2 mol based on 1 mol of the aminobenzoic acid, a zinc ion of 0.8-2.0 mol, a nickel ion of 0.1-0.5 mol, and a chloride ion of 6.0-9.0 mol. The electroplated steel sheet of zinc-nickel alloy is prepared by electroplating a metal sheet with the above mentioned solution of electroplating in the condition of pH 1.5-5.5, a temperature of 55-70°C, a current density of 40-200 ampere per square decimeter, and the relative velocity of a moving fluid of the solution relative to an anode of 0.5-2.5 m/sec.
