PURPOSE: An olefin resin composition using a reformed rubber powder and a method for preparation thereof are provided which show excellent physical properties, especially high elongation percentages and which make a waste rubber be recycled. CONSTITUTION: An olefin resin composition is obtained by extruding at temperature of 190-230 deg.C: 60-99 pts. wt. of olefin resin which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene copolymer, propylene copolymer and ethylene-propylene copolymer; 40-1 pts. wt. of reformed rubber powder of 0.1-1000 micro meter which is obtained by graft-polymerizing a rubber powder and a compound containing alkene-group, and which includes a waste rubber powder; and 10-100 pts. wt. of modified olefin resin which is a graft polymer of olefin resin and maleic anhydride. |
