<p>PURPOSE: A preparation method of construction loess mortar by mixing loess with waste corrugated board, pulp sludge and saw dust is provided which can maintain strength without any adhesive in keeping characteristics of loess itself. CONSTITUTION: A process is disclosed for manufacturing construction loess mortar which comprises: (a)mixing 50 wt.% of loess powder having a particle size of 150 mesh with 35 wt.% of pulp sludge; (b)mixing 10 wt.% of waste corrugated board with 5 wt.% of saw dust; (c)blending the mixture(a) with the mixture(b) for 20 min at one time, the above procedure repeats four times. The product maintains strength without any adhesive in keeping characteristics of loess itself.</p> |
