PURPOSE: A composition of polyester resin and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to have biodegradability, and have a physical property and melt viscosity, which is necessary for processing various molds of injection molding, hollow molding, and film molding, etc. CONSTITUTION: A composition of polyester resin comprises: aliphatic(including annular aliphatic ) dicarboxyl acid (or anhydride), and aliphatic(including annular aliphatic)glycol including more than one selected between 1,4-butandiol and ethyleneglycol. A method for manufacturing the polyester resin comprises the steps of reacting one or more than two selected among ester exchange reaction, esterfication, and condensation reaction, under an existing monomer having ester combination in a molecule, and reacting to the axis. The amount of average molecule numbers, generated by the reaction is 30,000-70,000. The amount of average molecule weight is 160,000-600,000. The melting point is 45-60 degrees centigrade, viscosity of the melting point(190 degrees centigrade, 2,160 grams) is 0,1-50. |
