GRAINS FOR ORAL PREPARATIONS

Grains obtained by granulating the following components (A), (B) and (C) by spray-solidification which have an average grain diameter of 160 mu m or less. These grains are excellent in the effect of masking an unpleasant taste of a drug and have a favorable bioavailability: (A): a drug having an unpleasant taste; (B): a carrier for spray-solidification having a melting point of 40 to 120 DEG C; and (C): an enteric polymer or a gastric polymer.
