PURPOSE: A panel combining apparatus for a screen and an electric bulletin board is provided, which combines panels on a vertical surface to easily decompose and combine panels when manufacturing a screen and an electric bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: A panel combining apparatus comprises: pixels (1) which a plurality of color diodes are arranged according to a predetermined rule; panels (2) to be manufactured with a quadrangle so that pixels (1) can to be installed; a screen and electric bulletin board for arranging panels in a vertical and horizontal direction, wherein panels (2) installs a pair of combining asperities (4) on an upper both sides and a pair combing holes at lower both sides, and a bottom portion of the combining hole is identical to the bottom surface of panels (2). Thereby, it is possible to improve the movement of the panel combining apparatus.
