PURPOSE: A scheduler system is provided to provide data to subscribers of a voice mail system quickly and exactly by storing reservation data only corresponding to a predetermined time interval. CONSTITUTION: The scheduler system of a voice mail system comprises: a subscriber database portion (11) for storing each subscriber data inputted through an exchanger; a unified schedule database portion (12) for accessing the data of the subscriber database portion; a data process processor (15) for searching and collecting data of the subscriber database portion and accessing the data thus collected and searched to the unified schedule database portion; and a time handle processor (13) for making the data process processor collect the data of the subscriber database portion to be transferred to the unified schedule database portion, wherein time handle processor periodically searches the data of the unified schedule database portion to apply the data to a signal processing part (14), which performs a signal process according to a calling signal of the time handle processor.
