PURPOSE: A method and a device for producing a dyed yarn is provided to have the excellent elasticity with the nylon and the polyester twisted yarn as a raw material. CONSTITUTION: A tension between two rollers is given using the thermal fixation and the unwoven property of yarn by installing two rollers and a heater in a winder during a process of winding. The fixed low elasticity is restored to the original elasticity at dyeing with the heat of the heater, and the elastic state between two rollers is thermally fixed again at the same time. Then the cost is reduced according to the simplification of producing processes by producing the dyed yarn having the fine elasticity by avoiding the complex process.
