PURPOSE: A portable nail brightener is provided, which maintains gloss for long time and provides nutrient skin around nails. CONSTITUTION: An emulsive brightener comprises glycerine, skin nutrient, moisturing agent, corneous remover, perfume and brightening powder. A polishing tool consists of soft cotton fabric(2) and non-woven fabric(3) adhered on the both surface of hard sponge(1). The portable polishing fabric is also provided by immersing a soft cotton fabric into a mixed solution of the brightening powder and adhesives.
