CONTROL SYSTEM OF ODOR GENERATED IN BURNING/PYROLYSIS PROCESS OF FECES AND URINE

PURPOSE: A control system of odor is provided to be used in burning and pyrolysis processes of feces and urine and a drying process of food waste by improving the virulence resistance of chlorine and sulfur as well as the restoration power of nitrogen when processing the mixed material. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst having the function of oxidation and reduction to process odor is prepared by the steps of: dispersing each active metal to a supporting substance; plasticizing active alumina at a temperature of 500°C to remove impurities after cleansing the active alumina with 0.5M of hydrochloric acid; dissolving Cesium salt to 50vol% of distilled water; introducing the active alumina into the prepared solution; drying the active alumina in a vacuum rotary evaporator for an hour and drying the material in a drier of 105°C after stirring it at a normal temperature for thirty minutes; and drying and plasticizing platinum and palladium with the same method after converting the prepared Ce/Al2O3 into an oxide by plasticizing it at a temperature of 500°C for ten hours.
