PURPOSE: A method for preparing foaming soft PVC is provided for improving the elasticity and the contraction, expansion, restoring, compression and elongation properties of the foaming soft PVC. CONSTITUTION: A foaming soft PVC is prepared by injecting a mixture of 60 percent by weight of PVC powder, 26.5 percent by weight of liquid dioctyl phthalate (DOP) being a plasticizer, 0.06 percent by weight of a foaming agent powder, 3 percent by weight of calcium carbonate powder, 0.08 percent by weight of norma lead stearate being a heat stabilizer, 0.15 percent by weight of barium step rate being an activator and a heat stabilizer, 0.3 percent by weight of tribasic lead sulfate being a heat stabilizer, 0.15 percent by weight of dibasic lead stearate being a heat stabilizer, 0.75 percent by weight of calcium being a heat stabilizer, 0.3 percent by weight of a promoting agent of foaming, 0.15 percent by weight of a diffusion agent, and 0.07 percent by weight of an inner and outer lubricative into a mixer of 110-150°C; stirring the mixture for 25-30 min; transferring the mixture to a cooling vessel of 40-80°C; adding 9 percent by weight of rubber (acrylonitrile butadiene series) and 0.06 percent by weight of a foaming agent to the mixture; stirring the mixture for 5 min; and extruding it. The plasticizer is selected from DOA (dioctyl adipate), DINP (diisononyl phthalate), TOTM (trioctyl trimellitate), DBP (dibutyl phthalate) and DUP (diundecyl phthalate).
