摘要

Sustained-release particles prevented from sticking during compaction in the production of an oral sustained-release tablet, which comprise a drug- containing core substance coated with a film of a mixture of a hydrophobic organic compound and a water-insoluble polymer and have an average particle diameter of 300 .mu.m or smaller; a process for producing the particles; and a process for producing a tablet from the sustained-release particles.
