PURPOSE: A hardener and a method for preparing an organic lime fertilizer by using the hardener provides controlled release fertilizer, thereby reduces the fertilization to the amount more than 50% compared with a lime fertilizer alone. CONSTITUTION: A hardener comprises 5.0-6.0 parts by weight of sodium chloride, 1.0-1.5 parts by weight of ammonium chloride, 5.0-6.0 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 5.5-6.0 parts by weight of sodium carbonate, 0.2-0.3 parts by weight of cobalt chloride, and 80-83 parts by weight of water. The organic lime fertilizer is prepared by mixing 35-45 parts by weight of pulp sludge powder, 5-10 parts by weight of dolomite powder, 5-10 parts by weight of cement, 30-40 parts by weight of lime stone, and 2-7 parts by weight of water; adding 1-2 parts by weight of the liquid hardener to the mixture little by little; maturing for about 5 days; forming in the form of granule by using a pelletize; and drying. |
