PURPOSE: A testing device of a wireless terminal is provided to enhance reliability of testing data and product and reduce a bad-generating probability by automatically testing acoustic functions of a normal state and a hand-free state. CONSTITUTION: A testing device comprises a controller for determining system driving and controlling and analyzing driving result, a function generator for generating and outputting a voice signal within a range of a predetermined frequency according to the driving determination of the controller, a voice input/output section for inputting the voice signal received from the function generator to the terminal and transmitting a voice output signal outputted by the voice signal to a corresponding system, and a function discriminator for discriminating whether an acoustic function of the terminal is normal by the voice output signal transmitted from the voice input/output signal.
