PURPOSE: A device for controlling the position of a stopper is provided so that the crevice is located at the front of a bottle, allowing the stopper to rotate more at need after being coupled through the change of a structure of a screw. CONSTITUTION: A two-row screw thread is formed from the height(H) of the prominence part to the height of the thirds over five of it and in fitting the thread forming on the pipe body(18) of coupling member(20) to the depth(H3), the stopper and bottle is coupled mutually by forming the screw thread as two row to the depth of thirds over five(H4). The prominence part(2) has a short-chin part on the bottom, thickening the thickness over any other products, forming a crevice at the 90degree interval and has a saw-pattern unevenness, so that the skidding of a thread be compensated when being coupled. To locate the crevice on the front side, if strongly rotate the coupling member(20) like an attached drawing 3, the location of crevice is controlled, rotating by some lengths, pushing the threads.
