PURPOSE: A gate driving circuit for a field emission display is provided, which drives a gate line of a field emission display. CONSTITUTION: The gate driving circuit for a field emission display comprises: a plurality of output terminals (30) for charging a corresponding gate line according to an output signal of a shift register; a high voltage switching means to be connected between inter-adjacent gate lines and performing a switching operation according to a switching control signal; a plurality of logic operating means (36) for controlling a charge movement to a next gate line; and a plurality of high voltage device controllers (34, 38) to be connected to a plurality of logic operating means (36) and the high voltage switching means, and controlling a corresponding high voltage switching means according to an output signal of logic operating means (36). Thereby, it is possible to improve the reliability of a device to a heat.
