PURPOSE: A device for informing using a wireless terminal and a method thereof are provided, so that a user of the wireless terminal can recognize one's arrival aurally, visually, tactually, or with a smell, when the user arrives a specific location. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a required location in a wireless terminal(301). The wireless terminal receives periodically the location information(303), and decides(305) whether it is a selected location by comparing whether it accords or not. If it is not the required location, the wireless terminal receives again and repeats the comparing step(303,305). If it is the required location, the wireless terminal informs to the user(307). A method for informing can be virtual using a lighting element, tactual using a vibrating motor, with a smell using a special odor, or can appropriately combine all things.
