PURPOSE: A jelly compound charging apparatus is provided to prevent a bending and a connection of a cable by realizing a sub input opening so as to be opposed to a jelly input opening formed at a charging member. CONSTITUTION: A jelly compound charging apparatus comprises a jelly charging member(10),a pump(20), and a jelly supply tank(30). At an inside of the jelly charging member(10) is formed the inside diameter(11), which is interconnected to a jelly input opening(12). The pump(20) is connected to the jelly input opening(12) so as to supply a jelly through a supply pipe(P) by a predetermined pressure. The jelly supply tank(30) is connected to the pump(20) so as to supply the jelly. A sub input opening(13) is installed at a predetermined position of the charging member(10) opposed to the jelly input opening(12), and is connected to the jelly supply tank(30) through a sub pump(21) and a supply pipe(P1).
