PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for defective welding capable of detecting a defective welding without fitting to a jig. SOLUTION: Relating to a welding machine 3 provided with a welding transformer 5 to be controlled to a specified current by thyristors 4, the induced current by the primary current of the wielding transformer 5 is fetched as the sensor signal, the fetched sensor signal is converted to the pulse, and synthesized with the pulse from an oscillator 10, and the integrated value of the synthesized pulse is compared with the previously stored data in a normal condition to detect a defective welding.
