PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving pan of fruit and vegetables wherein stains and damages are prevented from being caused even if the pans are get into contact with each other during conveyance of the pans and posture control of the pans are dispensed with. SOLUTION: In the middle of conveying a receiving pan 1 having fruit/ vegetables placed thereon by a conveyance means, a bar code 13 provided on the receiving pan 1 is read and fruit/vegetables placed on the pan 1 are sorted and delivered by the pan 1 from a conveyance means. The pan 1 is provided with the bar code 13 on a recess formed in a side peripheral part thereof.
