PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washbowl base that permits one to use a washbowl in an easy posture, store and drain water off the washbowl and stack in an easily mountable state for storage. SOLUTION: This washbowl base 11 is furnished with a mounting portion 13 to hold a washbowl and a leg portion 14 supporting the mounting portion 13. A stepped portion 15 to prevent the washbowl placed thereon from falling is provided in the periphery of the mounting portion 13 and slots 16 into which a washbowl is fitted and held are provided in the mounting portion 13. In addition, an inside projection 17 to form a vertical clearance by abutting against the top of the mounting portion 13 when the washbowls are stacked in the inside bottom of the mounting portion 13. In addition, in the washbowl base 11, at least one side edges of the slots 16 are formed into an arc correspondingly to the peripheral edge of a washbowl, and both ends of the slots 16 are expanded in diameter correspondingly to the peripheral edge of the washbowl.
