PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish environmental conservation by the decrease of the amount of scattered chemicals by strengthening a scattering strength in the terminal direction of sprinkler branch pipes, and combining the loss caused by the difference of reaching times at the hand side to reduce the scattering loss of the chemicals. SOLUTION: The loss of a scattered chemicals is reduced by determining the value of the differential pressure by the total evaluation of a positive effect reducing the loss of the scattered chemicals by combining the loss caused by the difference of scattering strengths in the direction from the hand side to the terminal side preferably enlarged so as to be over the permissible level at branch pipes of a sprinkler, and the loss caused by the difference of the reaching times caused at the hand side and a negative effect of wet damage by the increase of the difference of the scattering strengths in an affusion amount.
