摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of a cleaning fluid and shorten the cleaning time in an automatic synthesis system. SOLUTION: The automatic synthesis system comprises a flow path A for dispensing a reagent which has a reagent syringe 3 and a sample reservior 2 and is connected to the reagent 8 side, a flow path B for adding a solvent which has solvent syringes 4a, 4b, 4c (4) and is connected to the solvents 9a, 9b, 9c (9) side, and a needle 5 which is connected to both flow path A for dispensing the reagent and flow path B for adding the solvent in such a manner that the needle 5 is switchable to either of the flow paths A, B. Further, the automatic synthesis system is of such a construction that the flow path A and the flow path B are separated from each other. The flow path A for dispensing the reagent sucks the reagent 8 from a reagent container or the like and injects the sucked reagent 8 into a synthesis container 10 or the like. On the other hand, the flow path B for adding the solvent sucks the solvent 9 and injects the sucked solvent 9 into the synthesis container 10. The dispensing of the reagent 8 and the addition of the solvent 9 into the synthesis container 10 are performed through the common needle 5 and the selection between the dispensing of the reagent 8 and the addition of the solvent 9 is performed by switching the needle 5 to either of the flow path A for dispensing the reagent or the flow path B for adding the solvent and connecting the needle 5 to the one switched to.
