PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for a game machine having no protruding part from the inside of a front frame, and smoothly and certainly lockable and unlockable the front frame to a main body frame. SOLUTION: In this locking device of the game machine, openings 3a to allow the entrance of a receiving fitting are severally formed in the upper and lower parts of a support plate 3 of a base frame body 1, and latch plates 5, 6 having lock recessed parts 5a, 6a to restrain the receiving fitting in the openings 3a are rotatably pivoted near the upper and lower openings. The upper and lower parts of a function lever 4 are provided with engaging projection parts 4a, 4b, and when the upper and lower latch plates 5, 6 are pushed by the receiving fitting and rotate to a latch position, an engaging part where the engageing projections 4a, 4b of the lever 4 mutually engage and lock at the latch position is formed in a part of the latch plates 5, 6, and a coil spring 9 to energize the latch plates 5, 6 toward an unlocking side and a coil spring 10 to energize the function lever 4 toward a locking side are provided.
