PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin compsn. for outer skin material and a laminate thereof which have good property for sliding contact with window glass, excellent wear resistance, and is almost free from the occurrence of 'eye mucus' (a jargon meaning a burnt resin stored around a die) during extrusion-molding. SOLUTION: A resin compsn. for outer skin material comprises 100 pts.wt. of (A) a perfectly or partially crosslinked olefinic thermoplastic elastomer, 0.5-10 pts.wt. of (B) a fluoropolymer, and 5-150 pts.wt. of (C) a polyolefinic polymer. Also a laminate is such that the resin compsn. for outer skin material is laminated as an outer skin material onto a core body made up of a thermoplastic elastomer.
