BACK-OPENED GLOVE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a back-opened glove having soft texture and high stretchability and fitness and giving comfortable feeling in use by using a thin and highly stretchable seamless glove having a specific constitution as a base and forming a flexible coating film on the outer surface of the glove in a non- permeable state while keeping high adhesive strength. SOLUTION: The objective glove is a seamless glove having oil repellency and water repellency and knitted with a weft knitting machine having >=13 gauges of knitting needles per 1 inch by using non-elastic yarns and elastic yarns containing staple fibers at least one of the above yarns and placing the elastic yarn along the non-elastic yarn in the form of a loop. A flexible coating film is formed by applying a resin liquid or rubber liquid to the outer surface of the glove excluding the back of the hand. For example, a seamless glove is knit by using a non-elastic yarn composed of cotton fiber 16 and polyester staple fiber 18 and a covering elastic yarn 20, oil-repelling treatment is applied to the glove and the outer surface of the glove is coated with a vinyl chloride resin paste to form a foamed flexible coating film 14.
