<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a machined product by an abnormal machine, by making a product agent itself detect and inform of abnormality in machining. SOLUTION: In order to select a necessary machine tool according to a recipe, a product agent 3 sends messages to a device agent corresponding to the machine tool to ask whether the machining of a product is possible or not. If the product agent 3 obtains use permission of the machine tool B1 from the device agent 4B1, the product agent 3 moves to a controller 2B1 belonging to the device agent 4B1 so as to request the machining of the product, while the product is moved to the machine tool B1 corresponding to the device agent 4B1 which gave the use permission to the product agent 3. If the machine tool B1 or a machine tool B2 operates at 60 deg.C in the machining though a machine tool A operates at 20 deg.C, the product agent 3 gives information that abnormality occurs in a machining state of the product.</p> |
