NON-RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change in color of NOx and change in color of migration of a non-rigid polyurethane foam containing BHT (dibutylcresol) as an antioxidant in a polyurethane raw material. SOLUTION: This non-rigid polyurethane foam has a BHT content in the non-rigid polyurethane foam of <=20 wt.% BHT content in a foam immediately after foaming. In this method for producing a non-rigid polyurethane foam by foaming a polyurethane raw material containing BHT as an antioxidant, BHT is removed so that BHT content in the non-rigid polyurethane foam is made to be <=20 wt.% BHT content in the non-rigid polyurethane foam immediately after foaming.
