摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the adhesion of a metallic film on the smooth surface of a resin substrate by subjecting the surface of the resin substrate to OH or COOH group imparting treatment, further subjecting it to phthalocyanine fixation treatment and forming the metallic film on the surface of the substrate by wet plating or a vapor growth method. SOLUTION: The phthalocyanine fixation treatment is preferably carried out by applying a solution containing a phthalocyanine having COOH groups in a side chain. Since dehydration condensation is caused between OH or COOH groups imparted to the resin substrate and the COOH groups in the side chain of the phthalocyanine, the phthalocyanine is tightly fixed on the surface of the substrate and the metallic film adheres tightly. After the phthalocyanine- containing solution is applied, heat treatment is preferably carried out at 50-100 deg.C for about 0.5-2 hr.
