PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthetically reduce the space of a heat exchanger and a liquid receiver by connecting the liquid receiver compactly in the heat exchanger having a condensation part and a supercooling part. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 400 is composed of a flat tube, a corrugated shape fin, a first tank, a second tank 481, and a modulator 100. The modulator 100 is connected to the second tank 481. Inside the second tank 481, a second partition board partitioning the inside of the second tank part 481 is arranged in a region between the tube nearest to the supercooling part side in the tubes of a condensation part and the tube the nearest to the condensation part side in the tubes of the supercooling part.
