PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a color density, and at the same time, improve the resolution property, the bleed-resistance, the water-resistance, and the absorbing property of an image, by containing a silicone resin in a porous ink accepting layer containing a pigment and a binder provided on a base material. SOLUTION: As a silicone resin in order to form an ink accepting layer comprising fine holes of which the diameter is approx. 1-50 nm, by applying on a base material and drying, and a silicone resin which is added to an application liquid containing a binder and a pigment, organopolysiloxane having a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group as a functional group is preferably used. When a silicone resin having a hydroxyl group is added, while stirring an alcohol solution to dissolve the silicone resin, a water-soluble dispersion liquid of an alumina hydrate is added and mixed, and then, the alcohol content is removed, and the alumina hydrate containing the silicone resin is obtained. In the case of a silicone resin having an alkoxy group, while stirring a water-soluble dispersion liquid of an alumina hydrate, an alcohol solution to dissolve the silicone resin may be added and mixed. |
