PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniature a press feeder with a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A press feeder is provided with a feeder body 2, a rocking arm 10 fitted to the feeder body 2 in a rocking manner, a pair of feed rolls 20, 22 to feed a work, and a release mechanism 38 to release the feeding condition of a pair of feed nulls 20, 22. One feed roll 20 is rotatably supported by the feeder body 2, while the other feed roll 22 is rotatably by the rocking arm 10. The release mechanism 38 includes a leaf spring 40 fitted between the rocking arm 10 and the feeder body 2, a link mechanism 42 connected to the leaf spring 40, and a motor 44 to operate the link mechanism 42.
