PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely absorb necessary and sufficient energy by providing a lower arm consisting of a plate having a flange protruded sideward from the side edge, and providing, on the lower flange of the plate, a contact part for making contact with a part of a floor-side member when an overload acts on a seat. SOLUTION: A lower arm 4 is provided with a protruding flange 20 protruded outward on the side edge, a bead part 21 molded so as to protrude outward and extending in the longitudinal direction, and a flat surface in the front half part. The rear lower flange 20 of the lower arm 4 has a circular first dent part 24 and a second dent part. When a vehicle is collided backward, the first dent part 24 makes contact with the protruding part 25 of an upper rail 3 opposed thereto to arrest the movement of the lower arm 4, so that the deformation or breakage of the lower arm 4 can be prevented. Further, when the collision load is extremely large, the lower arm 4 is deformed on the basis of the second dent along the boundary between the bead part 21 and the flat surface, whereby the energy is absorbed.
