PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the developing process number of a software following the conversion of a hardware, by applying a program of an object directive design, to an engine control program. SOLUTION: A control program is made in hierarchy by an application layer(AP layer) 100 and a platform layer(PF layer) 200, and the AP layer is discribed by a program of an object directive design not depending on a hardware, while the PF layer is discribed by a program of an object directive design depending on the hardware. The control program is hierarchized in three layers at the upper position, the middle position, and the lower position, and the upper position layer is composed of a sensor actuator layer 210, the middle position layer is composed of a device driver layer 220, and the lower position layer is composed of a virtual MPU layer 230.
