PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pipe from being exposed to the outside, to avoid such troubles that the pipe is trodden on or stained with dirt and to improve an external appearance by covering the pipe for feeding the water from a feed water source to a private parts washing device with a piping cover. SOLUTION: A water stop valve 7 and a private parts washing device 1 are connected by a flexible hose 8 to feed the washing water to the private parts washing device 1 installed on a toilet stool 2 from the water stop valve 7 protruded on a wall 4. A hole 5a is bored on a floor 5 near the water stop valve 7, a hole 5b is bored at a hardly visible position behind the toilet stool 2, and the flexible hose 8 is inserted into the holes 5a, 5b. The floor 5 itself plays the role of a piping cover to conceal the flexible hose 8 below the floor 5, and the flexible hose 8 on the floor 5 is hardly visible behind the toilet stool 2 and the water stop valve 7. The flexible hose 8 does not creep on the floor 5, thus there is no fear that the flexible hose 8 is trodden by a user by mistake and broken.
