PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a bactericidal water generating device to a toilet stool with a washing water storage section regardless of its type and to effectively feed the bactericidal water to the water retained in the toilet stool by detecting the flow fed to the washing water storage section storing the toilet stool washing water, generating the bactericidal water, and feeding the generated bactericidal water to the toilet stool. SOLUTION: When a drain valve 3 is opened to wash a toilet stool, a ball tap 2 is opened interlockingly with the reduction of the water level of a washing water storage section 1, the water feed to the washing water storage section 1 is started, and the water passing through the ball tap 2 is directly dropped into the washing water storage section 1. The drain valve 3 is closed several sec later, however the ball tap 2 is opened until a float 5 is floated up to the prescribed water level. The water passing through the ball tap 2 is fed to a bactericidal water generator 8 by a branch passage 7, and the bactericidal water generator 8 reforms the water fed from the branch passage 7 into the bactericidal water via electrolysis or by adding a bactericide then feeds it to the toilet stool from a spilling pipe 10 provided on the washing water storage section 1 through a discharge passage 9.
