PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage of soil blocks by providing a fiber reinforcing protection layer on the surface except displaying surfaces of soil blocks cut out of buried remains, through a resin undercoat layer. SOLUTION: A soil block B cut out of a soil structure such as remains is immersed in a resin solution to reinforce it and then, irreguralities on the surfaces S except displaying surfaces are appropriately removed and glass cloth 12, glass mat, chopped strand mat, nonwoven cloth, organic member, etc., are applied on the surface S through a primer such as epoxy resin and an undercoat layer 11 to enhance strength, flexibility, fixing and retaining property of jigs. Subsequently, epoxy resin is applied on the surface of the mat 12 to fill voids on the surface, a filling layer 13 is formed to prevent water- absorption. If it is required, the layers 11, 12, 13 are repeatedly laminated. Further, epoxy resin is applied on the uppermost layer as a finish coat and then, FRP 15 is sprayed. In this way, the block can be prevented from being damaged when it is housed in a shelf for instance, and further, a fixing anchor can surely be attached.
