PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the comfortableness in use of a private part cleaning device without giving an uncomfortable feeling to a user, to prevent a discharge nozzle from being broken when the hydraulic pressure in discharge of private part flush water is increased, to discharge the private part flush water to the outside in a short time, and further to reduce the power consumption of the private part cleaning device. SOLUTION: A discharge nozzle 38 for discharging private part flush water 19 is connected to an instantaneous heating type heat exchanger 14 for heating the flowing private part flush water 19 by a heater 31 so as to communicate therewith. When an operation switch for starting a private part flushing is operated, the heating by the heater 31 is started, and the private part flush water 19 within the heat exchanger 14 is discharged to the outside through a discharge passage 53 provided separately from the discharge nozzle 38.
