PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a permeable waterproof laminated cloth in which a releasable cloth is less prone to peel from a generated resin film, in a wet film-making process. SOLUTION: A synthetic polymer solution composed mainly of a polyurethane resin is applied onto the surface of a releasable base cloth to form a double- layered laminated material and the layered material is introduced into water. After the introduction, the double-layered laminated material is wound in water, or the double-layered laminated material is swum in a longitudinally folded state and made to a state not loaded of a positive tension for carrying the double-layered laminated material to the next process. Then, de-solvent is almost finished and the polyurethane resin is coagulated to generate a resin film composed mainly of the polyurethane resin on the surface of the releasable base cloth. A polyurethane-based adhesive agent is uniformly applied onto not all of the surface of the resin film and a fiber cloth is pasted. By the process, a permeable waterproof laminated cloth laminated in the order of releasable base cloth/resin film/fiber cloth is obtained. When the releasable base cloth is peeled from the resin film, a permeable waterproof laminated cloth laminated in the order of fiber cloth/resin film is obtained.
