PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism and reduce number of components by providing a case with an odor discharge opening, connecting the odor discharge opening with a discharge fan through a pipe having a wind pressure valve, and discharging odor in the case. SOLUTION: A second wind pressure valve 83 is mounted above the left part of a cooling dew condensation chamber 903, a discharge opening of the second wind pressure valve 83 is connected with a piping 905, and is connected with an intake opening of a second blower 52 through a piping 907 outside a case 22. The second wind pressure valve 83 is normally closed, but opens and discharges gas when the second blower 52 is operated and a lid 201 is opened. A first wind pressure valve 82 is mounted above the left part of the case 22. A discharge opening of the first wind pressure valve 82 is connected with a piping 906 outside the case 22, and is connected with the intake opening of the second blower 52 through the piping 907. The first wind pressure valve 82 is normally closed and does not leak odor in the case 22, but it opens and forcibly discharges odor in the case 22 when the second blower 52 is operated.
