PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for processing and working for providing side seals and cutting lines and to surely provide the cutting line at the center within the width of the side seals in bag manufacturing of a synthetic resin continuous bag. SOLUTION: A doubling synthetic resin film 2 is side-sealed by means of a pair of left and right side seal bars 9a and 9b being movable left and right oppositely each other and movable up and down along the face of the film 2 being intermittently transferred and stopped on a receiving base 7 and after this side seal, a cutting line is provided at the center within the width of the side seals by means of a hot knife 10 moving up and down between a pair of left and right side seal bars 9a and 9b.
