PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying tool which is easy to manufacture and manage constituting members and assemble and manufacture the whole body with a fewer number of members, does not specify the order of hanger mounting on the frame, and can firmly retain the mounting condition. SOLUTION: Hook parts 11 to rotatably support the horizontal part 4a of a hanger sole body H are provided inside a pair of rod-form frame parts 2 and 2 of a reverse U-form cross-section on the left and right of a frame. A gap between the tip of the hook part 11 and the underside of at least either of the inner or outer side wall part 2b and 2c of the rod-form frame 2 is set smaller than the diameter of the horizontal part, and the gap becomes a forced insert mouth to the hook part 11 of the hanger sole body horizontal part.
